SUPERVISION OVER CONSTRUCTION OF 400 KV TRANSMISSION LINE SS BITOLA 2 – MACEDONIAN/ALBANIAN BORDER AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW 400/110 KV SS OHRID AND OHTL BAY IN SS BITOLA 2

The aim of the supervisory services is to ensure high-quality performance of services by the Contractor, as well as performance of the services in timely manner in line with the Construction works schedule.

Main scope of services:

• Supervision on daily basis of the performance of construction works by the Contractors;
• Determining whether the Contractor has appointed/employed an expert for professional tasks related to safety at work;
• Carrying out daily control over the Contractor to ensure full compliance with the Law on Safety and Health at Work;
• Revision and approval of the methodology for carrying out the specified construction and electrical activities for the transmission line and the substation, made by the Contractor for the respective facility;
• Control of all submitted certificates for the built-in materials and equipment used for the construction of the facilities and to approve them;
• Monitoring and follow-up of the works performance dynamics;
• Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly reports for the works on site;
• Carrying out regular control of the Contractor during the construction, from the aspect of safety at work and environmental protection, ensuring compliance with all technical regulations, standards and norms applicable in the Republic of North Macedonia;
• Carrying out control of steel structures;
• Carrying out geomechanical supervision over the construction of the access road and the internal roads in the substation as well as the access roads to the transmission line;
• Preparation and submission of Final reports of the supervision of the transmission line and the substation to the Contracting Authority in accordance with the Law on Construction.
