CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR 50 MW WIND FARM IN NORTH MACEDONIA

The primary objective is to prepare a bankable feasibility study that adheres to the standards required by international financing institutions (IFIs), development agencies and private sector investors. This feasibility study is intended to demonstrate the anticipated technical and economic viability of the 50MW Wind Farm in North Macedonia.

The scope of work encompasses several key areas of analysis:

Task 1: Project Scoping and Site Assessment

• Technical assessment of land availability and suitability
• Wind Resource Assessment using Windfarmer tool
• Prepare Report on Project Scoping and Site Assessment

Task 2: Estimation od Annual Energy Production and Conceptual data

• Calculation of AEP over a 20-year period using Windfarmer tool
• Prepare Conceptual Design report

Task 3: Economic Analysis and 20-year Financial Model

• Estimate Electricity Market Potential for the WPP
• Preparation of Economic Analysis including CAPEX and OPEX estimation, IRR, NPV, ROI etc.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis of the financial performance indicators
• Preparation of 20-yr Projected Financial Model

Task 4: Assessment of Regulatory Environment for the Project

• Perform Project Implementation Risk Analysis
• Prepare Project Implementation Schedule
