DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC DESIGN AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PV PP OSLOMEJ 2 10 MW AND PV PP BITOLA 1 20MW including grid connection

The purpose of this particular assignment is for the Consultant to prepare analysis, assessment, designs and other technical documents for the construction and connection to the grid of two photovoltaic power plants.

Main scope of services:

• Preparation of basic design part for Control system architecture (SCADA);
• Development of the grid integration design;
• Assessment of the connection of the PV plants to the grid to confirm that all power generated by the PV plants can be evacuated into the grid without limitations;
• Preparation of project documents such as:
  • Preliminary project schedule,
  • Bill of Quantity,
  • CAPEX (with breakdown in major cost terms) considering grid connection package and SCADA package;
• Preparation of technical specifications for SCADA package;
• Preparation of technical specifications for MV Interconnection package including switchgear, transformers, protection and relays;
• Preparation of technical specifications for Integration works to existing infrastructure related to grid connection;
• Use of PSS/E and NEPLAN software.
