The purpose of this particular assignment for the Consultant to operate in the name of the Project’s Investor in order to realize successfully the Contract concluded between the Contractor and Investor (ELEM) according to the requirements of EBRD.

The purpose of this particular assignment is for the Consultant to prepare analysis, assessment, designs and other technical documents for the construction and connection to the grid of two photovoltaic power plants.

Main scope of services:

• Regular supervision of project implementation, including inspection and verification of the Project costs for the physical progress;

• Providing regular opine on whether best practices are maintained during construction process, including Environmental, Health and Safety requirements;
• Follow-up of Contractor’s work to ensure alignment with the Contract and its provisions;
• Ensure compliance of project implementation as per Financing Agreements signed between the Bank and the Company, including the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) and sign off on all disbursements under the Agreement;
• Preparation of report on the outcomes of the commissioning tests and confirm the completion of the Project, at final acceptance.
