CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT “SOLAR4KOSOVO I – PHOTOVOLTAICS”

The objective of the IC’s assignment is, to provide expertise in design, engineering, tendering and supervision of construction and commissioning of 100 MWac photovoltaic power plant. The Consultant shall manage the Project in the role as FIDIC Engineer.

Task 1: Preliminary Design and Tender Documents

• Data collection
• Preparation of Inception Report
• Preparation of Project Planning Report
• Preparation of Preliminary Design
• ESIA Review
• Preparation of ESSRA study
• Preparation of PQ documents and Evaluation Matrix
• Preparation of Tender Documents

Task 2: Assistance during Tendering

• Preparation of PQ report
• Publication of Tender
• Preparation of Bid Evaluation Report
• Providing support to the Client in the negotiation process with the selected winner of the tender

Task 3: Supervision of Design Works, Construction Works and Supplies

• Site supervision
• Monitor EPC Work
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly progress reports
• Preparation of FAT Reports
• Commissioning supervision
• Preparation of SAT reports
• Preparation of Punch list and completion report
• O&M Plan Preparation
• Review and evaluate claims

Task 4: Services during DNP, Closure of the project and assistance during Initial phase of operation

• Preparation of DNP Inspection Report
