OSHEE Sustainability – Technical Advisor Services

The objective of the assignment is performing a due diligence review in order to:

• Assess the extent at which the capex plan for 2025 to 2027 will integrate RES into the grid, and reduce the network losses;
• Assess and opine on the Company’s environmental health and safety arrangements and practices to fulfil the Bank’s requirement on the environmental and social aspect.

Project financed by EBRD.

Main scope of work:

• Review the List prepared by the Company and confirm whether each of the project in the List is Greenfield or Brownfield
• Provide detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis of the expected benefits from the implementation of the projects in terms of: RES uptake in the country, reduction of technical and non-technical losses, high level estimate of the resulting CO2 emission reductions from the technical losses’ reduction or the integration of more RES in the network.
• Undertake an E&S risk assessment of the proposed projects
• Support the Company with the preparation of the AESR and ESAP update for 2023 and providing training to responsible Company personnel on how to complete the report in future years
