SUPERVISION AND CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE PROJECT: OSLOMEJ PHOTOVOLTAIC (PV) POWER PLANT WITH INSTALLED CAPACITY OF 10 MWP

The purpose of this particular assignment is to perform all the necessary supervisory and consultancy services during the construction of the facility PVPP Oslomej with installed power of 10MWThe Consultant operates in the name of the Project’s Investor in order to realize successfully the Contract concluded between the Contractor and Investor (ELEM) according to the requirements of EBRD.

Project financed by EBRD.

Main scope of services:

• Regular supervision of Project implementation, including inspection and verification of the Project costs for the physical progress.
• Provision of regular opine on whether best practices are maintained during construction process, including Environmental, Health and Safety requirements;
• Ensuring Contractor’s alignment with the Contract and its provisions;
• Review and confirm that all necessary works for the realization of the Project are being implemented as per the Financing Agreements signed between the Bank and the Company, including the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) and sign off on all disbursements under the Agreement;
• Preparation and delivery of report on the outcomes of the commissioning tests and confirm the completion of the Project, at final acceptance.
