CALCULATION OF SYSTEM COSTS FOR CONNECTIONS
The main objective of this assignment is to ensure the Client with a sound development plan of the distribution system that would ensure reducing losses on the long-term.

Main scope of services:
- Preparation of Loss reduction plan, including:
- Legal analysis regarding the losses of electricity in the distribution system and approval of the costs of procurement of losses,
- Comparative analysis of the treatment of electricity losses in the distribution systems in the countries of the region,
- Assessment of possibilities for reducing electricity losses in the electrical distribution system of Elektrodistribucija,
- A loss reduction plan that will contain measures and investments to reduce electricity losses;
- Preparation of Development plan for the electric distribution system for 2024 – 2028 (a period of five years), including:
- Review of legislation, by-laws and other documents on which planning of the distribution system is based,
- Description and characteristics of an existing network,
- Consumption forecast,
- Losses in the distribution system,
- Development of methodology and criteria for evaluating investment projects,
- Defining distribution network planning tools,
- Integration of renewable energy sources in the distribution system,
- Establishing measurement and meters,
- Determining projects in the field of information technologies,
- Proposing investments for infrastructure projects,
- Defining financial means and financial sources for the implementation of the plan;
- Calculation of costs for the creation of technical conditions in a distribution system, including:
- Analysis of the existing Methodology for calculation of costs for the creation of technical conditions in a distribution system,
- Revision and update of the above referred existing Methodology,
- Calculation of new prices for the costs of creating technical conditions in a distribution system.
