CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PMU SUPPORT FOR PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT FOR MODERNIZATION OF NATIONAL DISPATCH CENTER, CONSISTING OF THE FOLLOWING SMART GRID IMPROVEMENT SUBPROJECTS:

• New supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA) at four remote switching rooms for substation control,
• New SCADA/EMS systems at four Regional Dispatch Centers,
• Dispatching Training Simulator for National Dispatch Center,
• Disaster Recovery Data Centre for National Dispatch Centre and
• Information Transparency Platform for the system operator with regard to ENTSO-E requirements.

The main objective of this assignment to ensure procurement procedures are in line with EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules.
