PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OF 30 MW PVPP PROJECT ARMATUSH, BITOLA

This project’s objective is to perform Location Assessment and prepare and deliver Technical Due Diligence Report for two planned PVPPs at the location Armatush, Bitola.

Main scope of services:

• Location overview including:
  • Performance of solar resource analysis and related meteorological data,
  • Revision of ownership and cadastral information,
  • Infrastructure Assessment,
• Preparation of PV Power Plant layout and Conceptual design;
• Preparation of three different technical solutions for each PVPP;
• Provision of grid connection solution and market opportunities analysis:
  • Offering possible configuration concepts of the substation Armatush (simple and more complex);
• Support during the permitting process and analysis of legal aspects:
  • Analysis of the possibility for Status of Strategic Investor
  • Support in the procedure for obtaining the status of a strategic investment project;
  • Support in obtaining authorization for construction of the power plant;
  • Support in the urban planning procedures, construction land process, construction permit, use permit procedures, grid connection procedure;
• Preparation of Environmental Impact analysis;
• Preparation of Roadmap for Project development phase;
• Identification of risks of the actual project concept;
• Project development.
