SITE ANALYSIS AND INVESTMENT-TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION – PV KOLUBARA within TPP KOLUBARA B

The objective of this assignment is to provide the Client with a solution to instal photovoltaic power plants within a thermal power plant site, to ensure renewable energy generation. The options considered and analysed included roof PV power plants and utility scale PV power plants.

Main scope of services:

• For roof PV Power Plants (minimum installed capacity of 1 MW):
  • Development of Preliminary design (Analysis of the possibility of adapting the roof of existing buildings with the installation (construction) of photovoltaic power plants with optimal capacity);
  • Preparation of tender documentation based on the adopted Conceptual design (Analysis) to define the technical conditions for the preparation of investment and technical documentation, procurement of equipment and works on the construction of PVPP on a turnkey basis;
  • Consulting services for grid connection;
  • Consulting services for performing supervision over the execution of works, monitoring of warranty tests until the end of commissioning and obtaining a use permit;
  • Support during the permitting procedures;
  • Commissioning
• For utility scale PV Power Plants  (minimum installed capacity of 50 MW)
  • Preparation of planning and urban documentation;
  • Proposal of conceptual solution for the needs of preparation of planning and urban documentation;
  • Preparation of conceptual design of PV “Kolubara B” for maximum possible installed power at the location of TPP “Kolubara B”;
  • Preparation of preliminary design for the construction of SE “Kolubara B”;
  • Preparation of feasibility study for the construction of SE “Kolubara B”;
  • Preparation of environmental impact assessment study for the project;
  • Preparation of project for construction permit (Basic Design and Detail Design) of PV “Kolubara B” with performed technical control;
  • Preparation of project for construction permit Basic Design and Detail Design) for grid connection (transmission and / or distribution);
  • Preparation of tender documentation for the procurement of equipment and works for the solar power plant at the location of TPP “Kolubara B” with consulting services regarding the evaluation of bids and selection of contractors and suppliers of equipment;
  • Preparation of a study on energy efficiency of the PV “Kolubara B” facility;
  • Preparatio of a project of geotechnical (geological) exploration works of PV “Kolubara B”;
  • Preparation of a study on geotechnical conditions of construction;
  • Provision of consulting services for the needs of connection to the transmission / distribution network;
  • Provision of consulting services for obtaining building permits / approvals for works.
