The purpose of this assignment was to prepare analysis, design and tender documents that would ensure proper implementation of tendering procedure.

Main scope of services:

• Preparation of Power development studies and network analysis with NEPLAN software;
• Support in the creation of Myanmar power market;
• Design approval;
• Preparation of Tender documents;
• Assistance in tendering, evaluation, contracting process;
• Site supervision of construction works;
• Participation in monitoring of testing, commissioning and operational acceptance;
• Assistance in preparation of Environmental, Social and Safety reports;
• Assistance in budget and cost control;
• Training of Client’s personnel and knowledge transfer;
• Preparation of reports, incl. quarterly progress reports, reports of delays (if any), final report.
