110KV OVERHEAD TRANSMISSION LINE “SS SKOPJE 1 – SS JUGOHROM – SS TETOVO 1” AND 110KV OHTL BAY IN SS JUGOHROM

The objective of the consultancy services was to provide technical support for procurement of relevant services and goods for:

• Rehabilitation of 110kV Transmission Line Skopje – Tetovo
• Extension of 110kV SS Jugohrom (one additional OHTL bay)

Project financed by the World Bank.

Main scope of services:

• Development of Project Management Plan;
• Preparation of Project Monitoring Program and project procedures;
• Monitoring of the financial plan and disbursement schedules;
• Review of technical requirements of the Tender Documents;
• Assistance in Tender evaluation and Contract negotiations;
• Assistance in preparation of Environmental and Safety reports;
• Clarification of technical issues with regard to specifications and approve construction drawings;
• Assistance to the PIU in the course of the Project implementation;
• Assistance during the supervision of the implementation of construction and erection activities;
• Assistance to the PIU for formal acceptance of the work progress and in particular completion certificate;
• Assistance in budget and cost control;
• On-the-job training of owner’s personnel;
• Preparation of reports, incl. quarterly progress reports, reports of delays (if any), final report.
