REHABILITATION OF 6 HPP IN MACEDONIA

• As the Consultant for Technical Assistance in Project Implementation, AF-Consult provides assistance to KESH-PMU in activities pertaining to implementation of the Dam Safety.

HPP Vrutok (165MW)– Rehabilitation of Hydro-mechanical equipment including dam outlet roller gates, inlet roller gates, penstock aeration valves, trash rake cleaning device, inlet turbine spherical valves, slide gates downstream of turbines and roller gates. Rehabilitation of Electrical equipment including four generators rated 46MW each, replacement of four block transformers, replacement of transformer cables and replacement of regulation transformers. Gorna Radika channel rehabilitation, Toljane tunnel rehabilitation, Intake channel SharskiVodi rehabilitation and Leunovo dam (finishing the dam crest)

HPP Raven (21MW) – Rehabilitation of Hydro-mechanical equipment including turbines A, B and C revitalization of bearing lubrication system, water chamber roller gates refurbishment and Gates downstream of turbines refurbishment. Replacement of main 35 kV transformers

HPP Vrben (12.8MW) – Rehabilitation of Hydro-mechanical equipment including replacement of surge chamber butterfly valve, surge chamber HSS, new cleaning device and slide gate, replacement of butterfly valve downstream of turbines and Butterfly valves at turbine outlet

HPP Spilje (84MW) dam grout curtain rehabilitation
