TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION – DAM SAFETY PROJECTS

As the Consultant for Technical Assistance in Project Implementation, AF-Consult provides assistance to KESH-PMU in activities pertaining to implementation of the Dam Safety.

KESH, Albania

Main scope of services:

• Preconstruction services: Review of project documents, inspections, inception report, technical specifications, bidding documents;
• Assistance in Project Management: Assist project management, project implementation, project coordination, site meetings, cost control, QA, QC, reporting;
• Review of design: Shop and detailed drawings, technical documents and calculation submitted by the contractors);
• Supervision of Contractor’s works at site;
• Monitoring Contractor’s quality assurance system and safety system and
• Inspection at main equipment manufacturer;
• Analysis of potential failure model;
• Preparation and delivery of various reports;
• Transfer of knowledge and training of staff;
• Capacity building, Workshop on site and technical workshops at the Consultant’s premises.
