The main objectives of this Technical Due Diligence are to provide comprehensive analyse of the status of the Project which includes Photovoltaic Power Plant 6.3 MW based on documentation that will be submitted by the Investor, in order financing of the construction of a PV PP to be approved and the further activities related to the started. The Consultant’s approach involves selecting optimal technical solutions, conduct permitting procedure and ensuring cost reliability. The result of this TDD will provide the client with a clear identification of the project strengths, potential risks, and recommendations for mitigation.

- Purpose of the Report and list of the documents subject of assessment
- General description of the Project
- Assessment and conclusion of the legal documentation
- Property issues
- Obtained statements, approvals, Location Requirements, Energy Permit, Construction Permit and Connection Approval
- Assessment and conclusion of the technical and environmental documentation
- available energy potential (solar radiation), AEP
- technical solutions and the equipment (Detailed Design)
- the envisaged method of connection to the power network
- other available documentation (geodetic surveys, geological elaborates, environmental impact assessments etc.)
- Investment value and assessment of (proposal of) the Agreements and Offers- CAPEX/OPEX
- Cost of construction works
- Cost of mechanical and electric equipment and related works
- Cost of connection to the power network
- Cost of Design preparation and other missing documentation necessary for the project implementation
