PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT AT ESO EAD – CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 400KV POWER LINE FROM TPP MARITSA EAST 2 (SS MARITSA EAST) TO SS PLOVDIV

The purpose of the PMU consultancy services is to assist the PMU during the procurement preparation and implementation of the Project.

Main scope of services:

• Preparation of tender documentation for construction of new 400kV power line, according to FIDIC Red Book;
• Assistance to the PMU during the selection of construction supervision;
• Assistance during the tender procedure for selection of contractor for the construction of the OHTL, in line with the EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules;
• Review of drafted contracts with the selected Contractors;
• Provision of support during project implementation;
• Provision of technical, administrative or legal help to the PMU during Contracts’ implementation;
• Provision of support in case of claims to the Employer;
• Preparation of quarterly reports, as well as a completion report on the implementation of the Project.
