SUPERVISION AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES OVER CONSTRUCTION OF 12 MW PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANT WITHIN AD OKTA PREMISES

The purpose of this assignment is to perform all the necessary supervisory and consultancy services during the construction of the PVPP with installed power of 12MW.

Main scope of services:

Phase I:

• Review and approval of the Contractor’s Detail Design documentation and technical reports in order to ensure a safe execution of the PV plant in time and high quality;
• Support during permitting process

Phase II:

• Supervision over construction of the PVPP
• Supervision of the performance and the work of the Contractor;
• Review of the Contractor’s QA/QC procedures, testing, safety and other relevant procedures
• Carrying out regular control of the Contractor during the construction, from the aspect of safety at work and environmental protection, ensuring compliance with all technical regulations, standards and norms applicable in the Republic of North Macedonia;
• Providing regular information to the Client about any flaws or irregularities noticed during the construction and recording them in the construction log
• Regular review, control and verification of the construction log;
• Review of HSE measures on site and monitor their implementation
• Monitor payment schedule conformity and progress schedule and Review of
  Contractors’ Work Schedule and supervise schedule progress
• Preparation and delivery of monthly reports and Final report on the performed supervision to the Client;
• Review and approval of site testing procedures
• Support in the pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance test and trial run operation
• Preparation and submission of monthly and final reports for the works on site;
• Services during Defect Notification Period
