ENVIRONMENTAL EXPERT AND INDEPENDENT ENGINEER FOR THE EPS SMALL HYDRO POWER PLANTS PROJECT (20MW) IN SERBIA

The main objective of this assignment is to provide technical assistance for Environmental and Engineering aspects to the Client to ensure the successful completion of the Project in accordance with the Project Implementation Plan (PIP) and with all Banks’ requirements stipulated in the Loan Agreement and Legal frameworks.

The project is financed by EBRD.

Main scope of services:

Task 1 – Assistance to EPS for the Environmental and Social Action Plan

Task 2 – Assistance to EPS in Supervision of the Implementation Phase

• Assistance for the Environmental and Social Action Plan:
  • Pre-Construction planning,
  • Implementation,
  • Monitoring and Reporting,
• Assistance in supervision of the implementation phase:
  • Assistance in site supervision, monitoring and reporting,
  • Support with specific tasks related to implementation of Contracts under the Project,
  • Support during testing, commissioning and operational acceptance,
  • Construction works supervision in accordance with the Planning and Construction Law of the Republic of Serbia

Preparation and delivery of various reports.
