DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTUCTION OF PV POWER PLANT

• SUB-PROJECT 1 LOCATION ASSESSMENT
• SUB-PROJECT 2 PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY STUDY AND PRELIMINARY DESIGN

The main objective of this assignment is to ensure project development for construction of PV plant. The Consultant shall provide the Client with experts’ support in the whole course of project development and preparation of relevant designs.

Main scope of services:

• Performance of location assessment related to ownership status, land status and possibility for SPA Agreement for private land;
• Performance of risk assessment for the location including:
  • Solar irradiation potential and other meteorological data potential,
  • Topography of the location,
  • Infrastructure characteristics of the location,
  • Possible grid connection points,
  • Maximum evacuation power (optional in case the grid connection is not possible to be on distribution network,
  • Permitting process;
• Preparation of feasibility study including:
  • Solar resource and energy yield assessment,
  • Site characteristics assessment,
  • Solar Plant configuration,
  • Solar Plant operating and maintenance strategy,
  • Grid connection and integration, if necessary,
  • Permitting process according to the Macedonian legislation,
  • Preliminary social and environmental impact analysis,
  • Project financial modelling,
  • Financial analysis and
  • Sensitivity analysis;
• Preparation of two preliminary designs;
• Provision of specifications for the full scope of the project with the necessary technical description of production plant and equipment.
