SUPERVISION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF PVPP NOVACI WITH 55 MW POWER, 110/33 KV EVACUATION TRANSFORMER STATION, 110KV CABLE CONNECTION AND SUPPLY FIELD IN SS BITOLA 2

The main objective of the assignment is to ensure that the construction of the PVPP is fully in line with the best international standards and national legislation requirements.

Main scope of services:

• Supervision of the performance and the work of the Contractor;
• Preparation and delivery of weekly, monthly MoMs and Final report on the performed supervision to the Client;
• Ensuring that the construction is in accordance with the Construction permit, project documentation and other conditions determined by the Law on Construction and other relevant laws or positive regulations;
• Monitoring and control of the performance of works in terms of the quality and quantity, to ensure alignment with the project documentation and the dynamic plan according to the applicable technical regulations, norms and mandatory standards that apply to the performance of this type of work;
• Providing regular information to the Client about all deficiencies, i.e. irregularities noticed during the construction and recording them in the construction log, i.e. report;
• Regular review, control and verification of the construction log;
• Revision of the construction book at each position, to ensure quantity control of the performed works based on the performed recordings/measurements of the quantities that will serve for the preparation of the interim monthly situations, i.e. the preparation of the final situation;
• Preparation of interim and final report of the technical review;
• Performing daily control over the Contractor to ensure full compliance with the Law on Safety and Health at Work.
