DESKTOP PRE-FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR WIND POWER ESTIMATION FOR 150 MW WIND POWER PARK CONNECTED TO 110 KV TRANSMISSION NETWORK

The main objective of the consulting services is to provide detailed analysis of proposed location for development of PVPP project that would assist the Client in making a justified investment decision.

Main scope of services:

• Location overview including:
  • Performance of solar resource analysis and related meteorological data,
  • Revision of ownership and cadastral information,
  • Infrastructure Assessment,
• Preparation of PV Power Plant layout and Conceptual design;
• Preparation of three different technical solutions for each PVPP;
• Provision of grid connection solution and market opportunities analysis:
  • Offering possible configuration concepts of the substation (simple and more complex);
• Support during the permitting process and analysis of legal aspects:
  • Analysis of the possibility for Status of Strategic Investor
  • Support in the procedure for obtaining the status of a strategic investment project;
  • Support in obtaining authorization for construction of the power plant;
  • Support in the urban planning procedures, construction land process, construction permit, use permit procedures, grid connection procedure;
• Preparation of Environmental Impact analysis;
• Preparation of Roadmap for Project development phase;
• Identification of risks of the actual project concept;
• Project development
