CONSULTING SERVICES FOR IMPLEMENTATION SOLAR PV AND WIND SUPPORT PROGRAMME IN MACEDONIA

Project II: Support in awarding the right to use premium for electric power generated from a photovoltaic power plant built on land not owned by the Republic of North Macedonia over a period of 15 years.

• Part 1: 0-200 kW, with total installed power of all power plants may not be higher than 2 MW;
• Part 2: 201-500 kW, with total installed power of all power plants may not be higher than 2 MW;
• Part 3: 501-1000 kW, with total installed power of all power plants may not be higher than 10 MW;
• Part 4: 1001-3000 kW, with total installed power of all power plants may not be higher than 10 MW;

Project financed by EBRD.

Main scope of services:

• Coordination and cooperation with the Government and other consultants in relation to the new Energy law and related bylaws, which are under development;
• Provide recommendations on the form of a competitive tendering scheme.
• Development of secondary legislation.
• Development of tender documentation and provision of implementation support to the Ministry of Economy for a pilot Solar PV auction.
• Use Quality Control System.
