DESKTOP PRE-FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR WIND POWER ESTIMATION FOR 150 MW WIND POWER PARK CONNECTED TO 110 KV TRANSMISSION NETWORK

Project I: Support in awarding the right to use premium for electric power generated from photovoltaic power plants built on land owned by the Republic of North Macedonia over a period of 15 years. The project involves 11 PV plants: one in Manastirec with 10 MWp power and ten in Amzabegovo with total power of 25 MWp.

Main scope of services:

• Preparation of Geodetic Elaborates;
• Check of land accessibility and acquisition;
• Proposing grid connection solutions;
• Preparation of simulation analyses using PVsyst software;
• Preparation of financial analyses;
• Preparation of Feasibility studies;
• Coordination and cooperation with the Government and other consultants with reference to the new Energy law and related bylaws, under development,
• Assessment and overview of the power system market,
• Recommendation for the form of a competitive tendering scheme,
• Development of secondary legislation,
• Development of tender documentation and provision of implementation support to the Ministry of Economy for a pilot Solar PV auction,
