The objective of this assignment is for the Consultant to propose the most optimal and cost-effective scenario for the future exploitation of TPP Negotino.

Main scope of services:

• Preparation of analysis to propose selection of new technology, fuel or rehabilitation of old facility;
• Preparation of market analysis of the power system;
• Preparation of technical analysis of the existing system;
• Preparation of financial analysis to support the selection of the most cost-effective scenario for future exploitation of the TPP;
• Preparation of legal analysis of the current operation of the TPP and possible options for future operation (Contracting, PPP or sale).
