The objective of this assignment was to provide consultancy services in the tendering i.e., procurement procedure to ensure its alignment with the Bank’s rules and procedures.

Project financed by World Bank, EBRD and EIB

Main scope of services:

• Support in the tender pre-qualification process according to the Bank’s requirements;
• Support in the preparation of technical and commercial tender documents, tender process and tender evaluation;
• Support during Contract negotiations with EPC Bidders and Contract award;
• Review and approval of engineering and design documents of EPC Contractor;
• Site Supervision and Quality Control during the construction phase;
• Support in the commissioning, trial run operation and
• Personnel training.
