PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY DESIGN AND BIDDING DOCUMENTS FOR INSTALLATION OF SCADA SYSTEM IN THE CITY OF KHARKIV

The objective of the Pre-feasibility Study is to explore the possibility of building a thermal power plant TPP Negotino that will use coal from potential coal mine Negotino with an annual capacity up 2.000.000 t (with surface and underground exploitation) and exploitation reserves of 50.000.000t (41 Mt underground and 9Mt surface mining with ).

The output should yield results concerning regular production cost of electricity (Leveled cost of electricity) during the entire service life of 30 years, which should be compared to the production cost of electricity from the remaining capacity of ELEM.
