CONSULTING SERVICES FOR CONTINUATION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF TPP KOLUBARA

The purpose of the consulting services is to review and present all the necessary data and facts about the achieved level of realization of the construction of TPP Kolubara. The provided services shall also define all the necessary works and assess the financial resources. The main objective of this assignment is to enable completion of the construction of TPP Kolubara B  with app. 350 MW power. The provided analysis shall enable the Client to make a decision for investment in the completion of the construction of this facility.

Main scope of services:

• Overall project management support;
• Support during project meetings with the Client and JV partner;
• Screening and revision of project documentation;
• Performance of techno-economic analysis of various solutions;
• Preparation of Market analysis;
• Support in overall preparation of the feasibility study;
• Support in the preparation of the tender documentation;
• Participation in the tendering procedure;
• Provision of translation services from English to Serbian and vice-versa.
