TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION UNITS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE POWER RECOVERY PROJECT (PRP)

Assistance to the Project Management Unit at the Ministry of Energy and Industry and PIUs of KESH, OST and OSSHE in the framework of implementation of PRP.

• Implementation of billing system,
• Procurement of electricity meters and smart metering system, smart grid
• Procurement of HV and MV cables,
• Construction of 110/20kV substation in Tirana – Center, with 110kV GIS,
• Construction of 110/20kV substation in Tirana – Kombinat, with 110kV AIS,
• Rehabilitation of 7 substations (110/35/20/6kV Shkozet SS, 110/20kV Kashari SS, 110/(35)/20/6kV Shkodra 1 SS, 110/35/20/6kV Shkodra 2 SS, 110/20kV Kavaja SS, 110/20/6kV Traktora SS, 110/20/10kV Farka SS)

Main scope of services:

• Preparation of studies;
• Preparation of complete bidding documents;
• Assistance in bidding, evaluation, contracting process;
• Review and approval of design documentation;
• Assistance in Project implementation;
• Assistance in supervision of all Contracts;
• Training and knowledge transfer;
• Assistance in budget and cost control;
• Preparation of reports, incl. quarterly progress reports, reports of delays (if any), final report.
