The objective of the consultancy services was to provide technical support for procurement of relevant services and goods for supply and installation of the respective systems.

Main scope of services:

• Facts finding, review of existing situation;
• Preparation of Concept design;
• Preparation of technical requirements;
• Preparation of tender documents;
• Assistance in tendering, evaluation, contracting process;
• Assistance to PIU in Project implementation phase;
• Assistance in budget and cost control;
• Preparation of reports, incl. quarterly progress reports, reports of delays (if any), final report.
