PREPARATION OF THE FEASIBILITY STUDY WITH PRELIMINARY DESIGN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF 60MW GRID CONNECTED UTILITY SCALE PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANT IN BOSNIA AND HERCEGOVINA

The overall objective of this contract was to prepare the feasibility study with the preliminary design for the Solar Plant, including the provision of all relevant services and documentation necessary for the delivery of the feasibility study and the preliminary design.

Main scope of service:

  • Provision of Consultant’s opinion on the proposed location, considering the Consultant’s expert perspective;
  • Overview of actual PV module technologies, inverters, tracking and energy storage technologies;
  • Site assessment with solar resource and energy yield calculation/estimation for proposed site locations with the determination of the optimal plant configuration;
  • Analysis/determination of the technical, environmental, financial and commercial feasibility of the Solar Plant construction;
  • Provision of necessary information for the Client to enable him come to a conclusion for entering into the procedure for acquiring required permits for the Solar Plant construction.
  • Provision of necessary information for financial institutions to undertake a complete appraisal of the project.
