LENDER’S TECHNICAL ADVISOR SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 44 MW WIND POWER PLANT

The main objective of this Project is provision of expertise in engineering and project management to the Client. The Consultant shall act as Lender’s Technical Advisor for the works performed by all engaged Contractors, TSA and BoP Contractor

Main scope of services:

• Monitor of the construction works on site,
• Detection of possible critical path and critical points,
• Construction control and follow-up of the constructing works performance as per the Dynamic Plan for, and guidelines for possible modifications and improvements,
• Follow-up and monitoring of the work of the engaged Contractors and the respective Supervisor. Follow-up on the respective reports. Analysis and monitoring of cash flows
• Administrative and project management
• Project Progress reporting during construction period
• Documenting, administering and continuous reporting to the Bank for all activities under the Project.
