- Analysis of the Quality of supply – current situation and recommendations for improvement, which includes the following sub-tasks:
- Current legal framework in Macedonia regarding quality of supply
- Continuity of delivery and continuity indicators (SAIDI, SAIFI, CAIDI)
- Voltage quality
- Commercial quality
- Comparative analysis of the quality of supply with the distribution systems in the countries of the region
- Proposals for the development of regulation in the field of quality of supply with special reference to the connection with the price methodology
- Analysis of DSO and TSO coordination in the energy system in conditions of increased participation from renewable energy sources and recommendations for better coordination of losses 2024-2026 including the following sub-tasks:
- Flexibility – concept, definition, areas of coverage
- Long-term and operational network planning
- Requirements for generator units regarding connection
- Flexibility of distribution energy resources (generators, batteries, EV chargers, etc)
- Frequency management and provision of system services
- Congestion management
- Flexibility enabled by aggregators
- Reactive power management and voltage regulation
- Report on the implementation of the Loss Reduction Plan 2024-2026 including the following sub-tasks:
- Calculation of the current absolute relative losses and comparison with the approved losses from the 2024-2026 Loss Reduction Plan
- Analysis of energy input, output and losses in 2024 by month and temperature dependence (HDD, CDD), compared to the baseline scenario
- Analysis of input, output energy and losses in correlation with distribution production and consumer-producers
- Report on the implementation of loss reduction measures from the approved Loss Reduction Plan 2024-2026
- Conclusions and recommendations for further implementation of the Loss Reduction Plan 2024-2026
- Plan for the development of the electricity distribution system 2025-2029 including the following sub-tasks
