CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF THE NEW SCADA/EMS SYSTEM FOR THE NATIONAL DISPATCH CENTER AND BACK UP DISPATCH CENTER, MARKET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

The objective of the consultancy services was to provide technical support for procurement of relevant services and goods for supply and installation of SCADA/EMS system.

Main scope of services:

• Assistance in negotiations with the EBRD for Project financing;
• Facts finding, review of existing situation;
• Preparation of Concept design;
• Preparation of technical requirements;
• Preparation of tender documents;
• Assistance in tendering, evaluation, contracting process;
• Assistance to PIU in Project implementation phase;
• Assistance in budget and cost control;
• Preparation of reports, incl. quarterly progress reports, reports of delays (if any), final report.
