PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OF 47 MW PV PLANT PHOTONICA CONNECTED TO 110 kV NETWORK, BITOLA REGION

The purpose of the Consultant services is to meet the Client’s requirements regarding its intention to proceed with the activities related to urban-planning procedures for the potential investment in PV PP Photonica, considering relevant technical, legal and regulatory framework in North Macedonia in front of the state authorities and as final goal for this project development phase to obtain approval of the urban-planning documentation for all facilities that provides the functionality whole of the project

The scope of work of this assignment includes the following tasks:

Preliminary Design for PV PP 7.7 MWp and PV PP 39.5 MWp which will include the following:

• Detailed layout of the Solar Plants
• Detailed determination of access and internal roads and site boundaries
• Selection of the modules and inverters and other main components, in case the changes are required compared to the pre-selected ones
• Detailed determination of cables and cable routes
• Single or dual step-up (MV/HV) transformer determination regarding connection reliability.
• Electrical loss in DC, LV AC, MV AC lines, and LV/MV and MV/HV transformers with ETAP
• Preliminary Design for SS 110/20 kV which will include drawings, Single-line diagrams, MV switchgear, step-up transformer, and HV switchyard based on already determinate type and size, due to the capacity of the PV Power Plants
• Preparation of revised Urban project for PV PP Photonica
• Project management, support, and assistance during the urban planning process
