DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM (ITS)
STRATEGY FOR THE REPUBLIC OF NORTH MACEDONIA
Main scope of services:
a) Communication and coordination among all project participants and stakeholders included in preparation of elaborates and studies;
b) Leading, monitoring, supervising and coordinating the Procedures;
c) Support and assistance in the preparation of Urban Project for all facilities according to the most appropriate procedure selected as regarding location conditions, time duration and assessed risks;
d) Support and assistance during the process of preparation of Preliminary Design, based on the Conceptual Design, layout, gross production plot
and general/specific requirements, as well as architectural concept provided by the Client;
e) Support and assistance during preparation of the Geotechnical investigations, as input data for further foundation calculations and designs;
f) Support in preparation and coordination regarding the Revised Main Design (Basic Design and extended Basic Design);
g) Support in preparation of all accompanying documents for Construction Permit application, including meetings with authorities during approval procedure and clarifications of possible comments and remarks will be provided;
h) Support during application and approval process for this specific type of construction with the Institute
for Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Seismology (IZIIS);
i) Organize and attend technical meetings with EVN for harmonization of the Contract for Grid connection, Decision for connection and price schedule list for the purpose of providing the most appropriate technical-economic solution for the
Client;
j) Supervise and assist during the entire project for an appropriate connection to the electricity grid incl. but not limited to completion of necessary
procedures for the construction/upgrade of transmission infrastructure, construction of a power substation 35/0.4kV on the Real Estate or suitable alternatives;
k) Research of the markets for various specific services needed in the course and for the purpose of the completion of the Procedures, gathering of
respective technical and financial proposals from licensed and certificated companies;
l) Submission of all applications in the procedures with official authorities, acquiring documentation from authorities or authorized institutions/companies, all on behalf of the Client;
m) Cooperation with the relevant authorities/companies related to comments and clarification during the approval period for acquiring Construction Permits for the Warehouse and the Power Station and bringing the Real Estate into a Ready-to-Build state;
n) Advising the Client on any matters related to the Procedures.
