HPP DABAR, TECHNICAL, FINANCIAL AND LEGAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR DRAFTING CONTRACTS FOR COMPLETION OF HPP DABAR 160MW

The main objective of this assignment is with the support of the Consultant to ensure completion of HPP Dabar in line with the best international practices and the relevant legislation in the field.

Main scope of services:

• Data collection and analysis;
• Preparation of Project Due Diligence;
• Preparation of project documentation;
• Preparation of Due Diligence Report;
• Provision of support in the selection of hydro-mechanical, mechanical and electrical equipment for HPP Dabar;
• Performance of analysis and assessment of bids in line with the selected tendering procedure;
• Preparation and presentation to potential bidders/Meetings with bidders and potential investors;
• Preparation of detailed technical specifications for contracting for HPP Dabar (“turnkey” principle);
• Preparation of technical part of the tender documentation;
• Evaluation of bids;
• Assistance during Contract negotiations;
• Technical consulting services during the preparation of the draft for financing and construction of HPP Dabar and
• Preparation and delivery of various reports.
