CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION DURING PERFORMANCE OF THE WORKS IN THE CITY OF KHARKIV: LOT 2

The main objective of the assignment was the implementation of construction supervision and representation of interests of the Employer within the implementation of the Design, Supply, and Installation (DSI) or Small Works Contracts as per the World Bank Standard Contracts (according to the Tasks No.No.1-8) related to reconstruction and technical re-equipment of existing objects of architecture, engineering networks and communications of the Employer

Public Utility “Kharkivski teplovi merezhi”

Main scope of services:

• Construction of cogeneration plant electric capacity 1 MW in the boiler house at  Akademika Proskury Street in the city of Kharkiv
• Reconstruction of Boiler Houses in the city of Kharkiv
• Modernization of pump stations and boiler houses with reconstruction of distribution facilities 6 kV, replacement of pumpsets and installation of frequency converters for electric motors of pumps in the City of Kharkiv
• Commissioning of steam turbine installed in power plant No.3 in the City of Kharkiv
• Construction supervision over the reconstruction of heating networks
• Decommissioning of boiler houses, installation of individual heat substation and reconstruction of heating networks of the City of Kharkiv
