DEVELOPMENT OF 30 MW WIND POWER PLANT PERUN- CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR OHTL AND SS TENDERING PROCEDURE

The objective of this assignment is for the Consultant to provide support for the development and construction of WPP, that understands the overall tendering procedure. –These services include coordination with the Client with reference to the tender procedure, definition of tendering requirements and tender criteria, preparation of the tender documents and support and assistance during evaluation procedure, negotiations, as well as contract preparation.

Main scope of services:

• Preparation of Procurement Strategy;
• Preparation of Tender Documents (TD) (draft ad final version of tender documents);
• Preparation and issuance of Procurement notice – Advertising (preparation of Invitation to Tender and issuance of Tener documents in timely manner and in line with the agreed procurement rules);
• Assistance during the tendering procedure:
  • Organization and conducting of pre-tender meeting with prospectieve Tenderers,
  • Organization of site visit and preparation of site visit programme, together with the Client,
  • Preparation of clarifications to received questions,
• Assistance during tender evaluation;
• Assistance during contracting procedure.
