Colenco Ltd. will provide consulting services to the Albanian Distribution Network Operator (OSHEE)

Our team of experts will undertake the three main objectives of the assignment in Design, Procurement and Implementation phase of the of a new 110/20kV Substation located near Skanderbeg Square, City of Tirana. The proposed substation will be an underground facility with high voltage gas-insulated switchgears and three operational transformers with space for one reserve transformer.

Particularly, we will provide engineering consultancy support including preparation of detailed design, tender documents and tender requirements, procurement support, supervision of the ESAP implementation and implementation supervision support. The consultant will examine key technical interfaces for constructability & operability of this new substation, and will also analyze preliminary technical design, proposed technology and operational requirements of the proposed substation. It is important to note that this project proposal is based on “first time use” of underground substation and gas insulated switchgear technology.
