A great way for mutual cooperation and closeness of the work team is to strive for several important characteristics:
communication commitmentself-confidenceability to coachCOLENCO Skopje visited the area of the Ancient City of Bargala this weekend. In the northwest corner of the fortress, the Episcopal Basilica was discovered, as well as the medieval church “St. George”.
This was a good way to deepen the interaction between each team member .
Everyone’s ideas were heard, joint sports activities and real friendship took us away from the work atmosphere for a short time. Inclusivity is key to team building.
