Colenco Ltd. with new contract on Magistral Gas Pipeline Section 7 – “Kichevo-Ohrid”

The consortium between engineering company DELTA INZENJERING, Serbia and COLENCO, Macedonia, signed the contract on 09.01.2023 with the Joint stock company NATIONAL ENERGY RESOURCES Skopje in state ownership, for preparation of Urban Project for Infrastructure, Detail Design and EIA Study/Elaborate of the Magistral Gas Pipeline Section 7 – “Kichevo-Ohrid”

The Magistral Gas Pipeline Kichevo – Ohrid is one of the important sections of natural gas transmission system in North Macedonia which continues from Skopje – Tetovo – Gostivar – Kichevo. With the construction of this section, which continuous towards next parts Ohrid – Resen – Bitola, the main ring of the natural gas pipeline in the country has to be finalised. The project parameters of this sections are: the total length of 48 km, diameter DN500, working pressure of 54 bar and the maximum velocity of the natural gas is 20 m/s.
The project is consisted of the several phases for preparation of urban infrastructure project, geodetic works, environmental impact assessment study, geotechnical investigation works and detail design for civil, mechanical and electrical construction, which are to be finalised for 24 months in total.
