CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE IN DETERMINATION OF DEVELOPMENT AND CONNECTION COSTS OF THE 100 MW COMBINED HEAT AND POWER PLANT (CHPP) IN NORTH MACEDONIA AND ASSISTANCE IN PERMITTING PROCESS

The objective of this assignment is to provide consultancy services in the project development and project implementation phase in order to support the Client in ensuring attendance to the highest standards and the overall success of the project.

Main scope of services:

• Preparation of preliminary analysis including:
  • Preparation of short overview of North Macedonia Electricity Market,
  • Preparation of short overview of Skopje District Heating Market, including a short basic info about the climate conditions in Skopje,
  • Preparation of a detailed roadmap with all milestones relating to the implementation of this project phase including costs determination for obtaining each license, permit, decision, etc. imposed by the relevant state authority or institution,
  • Overview of the legal framework for acquiring the right to use water,
  • Support in the preparation of micro and macro location conditions of the investment project, after receiving the specific coordinates by the Client;
• Determination of costs for connection to the electrical and district heating networks, gas networks, raw water networks and wastewater networks, including:
  • High and medium voltage electrical connection,
  • District heating connection,
  • Determination of the most suitable connection point,
  • Raw water supply (water quality, water quantity, delivery conditions),
  • Wastewater delivery location,
  • Natural gas delivery point
