46th virtual conference on “Bridging Engineering Perspectives”

A total of 150 young engineers from all European countries participated in the 46th virtual conference on “Bridging Engineering Perspectives”, organized by the Young Engineers Club at the Engineering Institution of Macedonia and European Young Engineers Organization. The conference is held in the year that marks the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the first association of Macedonian engineers. The young engineers exchanged ideas for the development of personal and professional skills. Numerous motivational speakers and lectures by the directors of EVN, ULTRA, MEPSO, OKTA, KOSTAL and Colenco, then university professors, experts and many other professionals in the automotive, food and medical industries, energy and construction, shared their knowledge and experiences with young engineers, bridging trends in new technologies such as machine learning, bioengineering, artificial intelligence and finding solutions to combat natural disasters caused by climate change.

The CEO of Colenco Mr. Nikola Bitrak was part of the CEO’s Address Session, at the opening of the conference. He shared his story-From engineer to CEO and presented the company Colenco, which was a supporter of the conference.
