Consultant services for MEPSO Rehabilitation and Control Project

The project was financed by EBRD loan.
The project objectives include four components:

1. Rehabilitation of selected 400 kV and 110 kV existing substations,
2. Implementation of equipment and software applications for remote supervision of main substations,
3. Completion of the fiber optic optical ground wire (OPGW) network
4. Replacement of old sections of 110kV transmission lines.

• The services included:
• PIU support;
• Project management;
• Preparation of tender documents;
• Training and transfer of know-how;
