We’re thrilled to announce that COLENCO have been awarded a contract with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the project titled ” North Macedonia: Developing Energy Trading and Project Management Skills for ESM.
Our mission?
To empower JSC Elektrani na Severna Makedonija (ESM) by enhancing their project management and electricity trading capabilities. Through our comprehensive approach, we will focus on:
Baseline Assessment & Stakeholder Engagement: Identifying key stakeholders and performing an in-depth analysis of ESM’s current practices.
Content Development: Crafting tailored training programs based on best international practices to elevate energy trading at ESM.
Implementation Support & Capacity Building: Launching two certified training programs in Energy Trading and Project Management, alongside developing a sustainability plan and knowledge products.
We’re excited to embark on this journey to support ESM’s restructuring and ensure they are equipped for efficient trading operations. Together, we are paving the way for a brighter energy future in North Macedonia!
