CEO Nikola Bitrak Moderates Critical Energy Storage Panel at MARES 2023

We are excited to announce that our company COLENCO, played a pivotal role at the Macedonian Association of Renewable Energy Sources (MARES) 2023 Launching Conference. The conference, under the theme “Empowering Tomorrow: Navigating the Renewable Green Transition,” brought together experts in the renewable energy sector.

Our CEO Nikola Bitrak took the lead as the moderator of the panel “Power Grid – the Key Enabler,” focusing on “Energy Storage Grid Integration and Connection Challenges.” The panel tackled the critical issue of integrating energy storage into the grid. During the discussion, it was highlighted that Macedonia currently lacks a legislative and regulatory framework for energy storage systems. This underscores the need for proactive measures to prepare for the expected growth in renewable energy projects.
