Capacity Building for ESM: Training of Trainers Programme  /   Training of Trainers Programme Launched for ESM

On December 9, 2025, Colenco, in partnership with the VITA Institute, launched a one-week Training of Trainers (ToT) programme under the EBRD-financed project “Developing Energy Trading and Project Management Skills for ESM.”

As the final phase of a three-part training series, the programme equipped ESM participants with essential training, communication, and facilitation skills, enabling them to effectively transfer knowledge within the organisation.

By developing strong in-house training capabilities, the ToT serves as a cornerstone for sustaining the project’s long-term impact. It aims to establish a network of competent internal trainers who will act as agents of organisational transformation, enabling ESM to adapt to market changes, foster innovation, and uphold excellence in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.

Around 15 participants from ESM took part, with women representing over 25% of attendees.
