Main Scope of Work:
Phase 1: Site selection, Development of Feasibility
Studies and Environmental & Social Assessment and Urban Planning
 Selection of appropriate site for the CCCs
 Development of Feasibility Study and Business Plan
 Development of Schematic Design
 Urban Planning of the sites
 Development of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment
Phase 2: Detailed Design Development and Finalization of Environmental and Social Management Plan
 Development of Detailed Design according to national legislation and FIDIC standards, covering the following aspects:
– Structural Design of the facilities
– Enabling Infrastructure Design
– Facility Energization Design – exploring the opportunity to maximize energy efficiency and power the CCCs through the use of Renewable Energy Sources
– Technical solution considering the use of Renewable Energy Sources
– Design Review

– Obtaining of building permit and conducting the administrative process
 Finalization of site-specific ESMPs based on the detailed design
Phase 3: Technical Assistance during bidding documents preparation and Civil Works Contract Management
 Technical Assistance during the preparation of the bidding documents for construction of the CCCs
 Technical Assistance – Extended Design Services
