For the purpose of well structured and qualified composition of the PIU, we develop job descriptions, including key qualifications required. Our purpose is to identify and appoint staff members with the skills required to perform functions relevant to the specific project.

Development of training plan
Identification of training needs that are relevant for performance of particular project implementation is as well part of our scope. Summarizing the needs in a Training plan that will be further agreed and approved with the client among else includes: procurement and contracting, project control and reporting, project accounting and disbursement processing. Training plans can be accordingly developed as per client’s needs.

Particular to IFI financed projects, we as consultants assist clients in the establishment of operating systems and procedures required to manage the scope of the Project. As part of the services here we develop: Project procedures system, Financial management system, Project management system and PIU Operations Manual.
